Use of Gupshup
You may use Gupshup for personal, lawful language-learning purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, copy or scrape content at scale, or use Gupshup in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Accounts
If account features are offered, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Gupshup may offer free and paid features. Subscriptions, trials, refunds, renewals, and cancellations are handled through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable purchase provider. Manage subscriptions through your app store account settings.

Gupshup, including app design, lessons, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Disclaimers
Gupshup is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to provide helpful language-learning content, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any particular learning outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gupshup and its owners, operators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using Gupshup at any time.
