Gupshup is designed to help users learn Urdu through vocabulary, phrases, quizzes, and conversation practice. We collect only the information needed to provide, improve, and protect the service.

Depending on how you use Gupshup, we may collect account information such as your name or email address, app activity such as lesson progress and quiz results, device and diagnostic information such as app version and crash logs, and payment or subscription status handled by the applicable app store. We do not collect payment card numbers directly.

We use information to provide lessons, save progress, personalize learning, troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and improve app quality. If we introduce optional analytics, we will use it to understand aggregate usage and improve the learning experience.

Gupshup is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
